At Animate USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
